Open Your Eyes To Liability For COVID Vaccines, Injuries And Lawsuits

I’ve tried to stay out of the vaccine liability business, but people are hearing a lot of bad information out there.
From a liability standpoint, recovering for vaccine injuries can be challenging. Our government in its wisdom saw fit many years ago to provide blanket immunity for vaccine-related injuries. COVID vaxx claims are no different.
Vaccine manufacturers have a statutorily-decreed immunity — to a point. Where the line is drawn depends on who’s looking at it. Today we’re looking at some of the issues outside of the normal government-established injury claims processes.
To me, there appears to have been a considerable amount of fraud and deceit on the part of the vaccine manufacturers in their applications and representations to the FDA and CDC, as well as their actions to insure there would be no control group against which to determine its side effects and injury potential.
It appears to me that there was a corporate-government conspiracy to keep this information quiet so they could rape the citizens of their tax dollars, and impose the controls and aggrandize power that mandates afforded them.
But those are issues that all require much, much more investigation. And like any potential litigation topic, will need qualified expert witnesses who can authoritatively testify on behalf of injured plaintiffs or their estates.
In the meantime, it would be a good idea to at least familiarize yourself with potential areas of liability, not only against the manufacturers, but against employers and others who may also have related liability.
Here’s a recent video on some potential areas lawyers might consider.
If you’ve been injured, I recommend you consult with a lawyer immediately, since various statutes of limitations may apply that could impact your right to recover.
If you have other information people should consider, please drop me a line and I’ll try to share it, censorship allowed.
God bless you indeed, and good luck.
